Returns & exchanges

If there is an issue with an order, contact Vercora with the order details and relevant photos where applicable. Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order.

Vercora's Payment, Orders, Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies to paid orders. Full payment is required to confirm an order. Change-of-mind cancellations after Vercora has committed or incurred non-recoverable costs are not automatically accepted. Faulty, defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are handled in accordance with applicable Barbados consumer law.

Warranty wording remains pending until supplier/manufacturer warranty terms are confirmed.
